I FINALLY saw a sawfish! Seeing a sawfish has been on my Keys bucket list since I learned about them. I’ve spent hours and hours searching the mangroves for one. They’re so unique looking, there’s nothing else like them. Most of my friends here spend their days on the water diving & paddling and, Read More
We just got back from another wonderful week on Bonaire! I can’t say enough good things about the diving there. It’s as easy or as hard as you want it to be. I love not having to adhere to a schedule too. Total freedom! We’ve started the paperwork for our move & with any, Read More
We love macro life and spend most of our time underwater looking for the tiniest of creatures. Finding nudibranchs and sea slugs is a highlight of any dive. They’re absolutely gorgeous with each one having its own colorful, intricate design like someone painstakingly hand-painted each one to make it just right.
We just returned from our 3rd trip in 15 months to Bonaire and it was fantastic! We’ve already booked another trip for March. At this point, a huge part of our repeat visits is to solidify that it’s our “spot”, at least our next spot. Nowhere is forever at this point. Bonaire’s shore diving, Read More

The summer diving has been fantastic! We’ve been out at every opportunity and have been finding some really cool creatures. We’re obsessed with little things and spend hours diving as slowly as possible looking for the reef’s tiniest inhabitants. Here are a few photos and videos of some recent finds and where we found, Read More
I love a good drift dive. There’s nothing better than just being one with the sea and going where the current takes you without any thought on where the boat is, turning the dive, navigation, etc. For that hour you’re one with the ocean.
I love the Benwood as a night dive! It’s hard to get lost since it’s a wreck and the nooks and crannies provide endless places for creatures to hide out. I posted about it the first summer we were here and it remains one of my favorite sites for a night dive.
