With our visa paperwork nearly done it’s time to find a place to live. At first we thought we’d find a place remotely but that’s proven to be a bit more difficult than expected. Why? Well, a few reasons…

We just returned from four fantastic nights aboard the Juliet; a sailing & diving charter. We’ve never done a live-aboard before. We’ve always favored land-based accommodations to explore topside when we weren’t diving and now I see we’ve overlooked an awesome way to spend a few days. (video and pics to follow)

Winter is over. We’ve had to run our AC all day the past two weeks and the water temp is back up to 80. I absolutely love winter here and I’ll definitely miss it! I finally found a winter that I like! The weather is fantastic November through March. I love that we only, Read More

I FINALLY saw a sawfish! Seeing a sawfish has been on my Keys bucket list since I learned about them. I’ve spent hours and hours searching the mangroves for one. We finally found our spot! We’ve been planning to leave the states for years but haven’t found the place that feels like “home.” The place where it just feels right to be there, until Bonaire.

We love macro life and spend most of our time underwater looking for the tiniest of creatures. Finding nudibranchs and sea slugs is a highlight of any dive. They’re absolutely gorgeous with each one having its own colorful, intricate design like someone painstakingly hand-painted each one to make it just right.
